Service Cancellation

1. Consulting or Coaching Services: If you have scheduled consulting or coaching sessions with us, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific service and circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation

1. Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a recurring service or membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation of the subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for subscription cancellations made during the billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

Special Circumstances
